By using Artis, you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence and Your Artwork

ZBR Technologies grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Artis on your Apple devices. You retain full ownership of all artwork you create. ZBR Technologies claims no rights to your drawings.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use Artis to create artwork that infringes copyright, is obscene, or violates applicable law.

3. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." ZBR Technologies is not liable for loss of artwork due to App crashes, device failures, or iCloud sync issues. We recommend regularly exporting important artwork.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
