ZBR Technologies operates EarnTime. Because EarnTime is used by families and children, we take privacy very seriously.
1. Information We Collect
- Parent account — Sign in with Apple provides a unique identifier and optional name/email.
- Child profile — Name or nickname and age range. No child email address is collected or required.
- Quest data — Tasks created by parents, completion status, and time credits earned.
- Screen Time usage — Processed locally on-device via Apple's APIs. Not transmitted to our servers.
- Usage analytics — Anonymised crash reports with no personally identifiable information.
2. Children's Privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)
- Children do not create accounts — profiles are managed by a parent.
- We do not collect email addresses or contact information from children.
- We do not serve advertising within the App.
- We do not sell, share, or disclose children's personal information to third parties.
- Parents can request deletion of their child's data at any time from Settings.

3. How We Use Your Information
- Enable quest creation, tracking, and parent approval
- Apply earned Screen Time via Apple's APIs
- Sync family data across devices via iCloud
- Improve App stability and performance
4. Screen Time Data
EarnTime integrates with Apple's FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity frameworks. All enforcement happens on-device. We do not access or store data about which apps your child uses.

Parents can delete the family account and all data from Settings → Account → Delete Account. All data is removed within 30 days.
