By using HomeFinance, you agree to these Terms. HomeFinance is a personal budgeting tool and does not constitute financial advice.

1. Subscription

• Monthly plan: €2.99/month
• Quarterly plan: €6.99/quarter (save ~22%)
• Billed via Apple's in-app purchase system. Cancel any time via your Apple ID.
• Free tier includes basic transaction logging with limited AI features.

2. Not Financial Advice

HomeFinance provides tools for personal budgeting and expense tracking only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for such matters.

3. Data Accuracy

AI-categorised transactions may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting categorisations. ZBR Technologies is not liable for decisions made based on App data.

4. Limitation of Liability

ZBR Technologies shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, HomeFinance data.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
