Multilingual football match reminders for iOS

These terms govern your use of MatchBell ("the app"), provided by ZBR Technologies ("we", "our"), operated from Ireland. By using the app you agree to these terms.
MatchBell is a football companion app that shows fixtures, sends on-device match reminders, and (where available) displays delayed scores, results, and league tables, with multilingual support and Home Screen, Lock Screen, and StandBy widgets. The app is provided free of charge.
MatchBell does not require you to create an account or sign in. You use the app as a guest. You are responsible for the device on which the app is installed and for your own notification and system settings.
Match schedules, kick-off times, scores, and tables are sourced from third-party football data providers and are provided on an "as is" basis. Scores shown in the app are delayed and are not live, and are clearly labelled as such. Fixtures, times, and results can change, be postponed, or contain errors outside our control. Do not rely on MatchBell as your sole source for time-critical decisions. We do not guarantee that any fixture, time, score, or table is accurate, complete, or up to date.
Match reminders are scheduled locally by iOS on your device. Their delivery depends on your device, your iOS notification settings, Do Not Disturb / Focus modes, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that any reminder will be delivered, and we are not responsible for missed matches or events resulting from a reminder not being shown.
You agree not to misuse the app or our backend service, including by attempting to access it other than through the genuine MatchBell app, scraping or bulk-extracting data, interfering with its operation, or circumventing the app-integrity (App Attest) protections that keep the service available for everyone.
The MatchBell app, its name, design, and original content are owned by ZBR Technologies. Club, competition, and national-team names and crests referenced within the app remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. MatchBell is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, any league, club, or national federation.
MatchBell's current features are provided free of charge. We may, in future, add optional premium features. Any such features would be clearly identified, and any purchase would be processed by Apple under Apple's terms; existing free features described here will remain free.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZBR Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including missed matches, reliance on inaccurate or delayed data, or unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
